Assistant Administration Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of daily office administration & procurement functions;
- Take leads on various company projects, including renovation, facility management, leasing, insurance, office properties purchasing and maintenance, etc.
- Draft and negotiate with suppliers/contractors on office supplies and maintenance;
- Execute internal document control and maintain effective documentation system;
- Respond to service requests from different departments and ensure efficient and quality administrative service for the Group;
- Review and set up administration workflow and procurement guidelines to optimize unit functions;
- Supervise the team to provide support to internal staff such as mailing, office supplies, logistics supplies and recreational activities.
Requirement Qualification:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines;
- At least 5 years relevant experience in office administration gained in sizable organization;
- Excellent knowledge in formulation of workflow and procedure;
- Hand-on experience in document control system is a definite advantage;
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, tactful in dealing with people from all levels;
- Self-motivated, multi-tasked, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus;
- Proficient in PC skills.
